Does the price include MSDS? (thinking for myself, not as a broker). I may buy one in Florida as I have an address down there to take advantage of MSDS

Looks like the $399 is taking into account the MSD’s based on the MF and the pricing on thier site is $50 more a month.

I’m curious what the $1700 at signing (plus the $3800 for MSD’s) is covering and if they have incorporated any incentives and which ones.

The price includes 8 MSD’s, “Security Deposit Accepted?: Yes up to 8 MSDs $3,600” Since you’re a broker, you are aware that Lexus requires a lot of stips in order to get a broker deal done. This would make it difficult to get the deal done for you in FL considering that you live in NY. I have contacts in NY and can set you up with a similar deal in your neck of the woods.

The $1700.00 equates to the first month, bank fee and DMV.
