The $2,750 IS included in lieu of the down. By rolling off the drive off ($1,950) into the monthly this would then make it $382/ mo with essentially a $0 drive off. Is this still considered a deal?
Can the entire drive off amount be rolled into the monthly or everything but the reg and docs?
Thanks for looking it over! $382 w/ $0 down, $0 drive off still considered a good deal in your opinion? Asking since you seem like you’ve been follow the market!

Yes, you can roll in everything (including taxes and fees) into your monthly payment and literally pay nothing when driving the car off the lot. I would highly recommend doing so as in case your new car gets totaled or stolen all the money you have paid to Lexus up to that point will be lost. Your insurance will pay Lexus Financial Services (as they own the car) and you won’t receive any reimbursement from Lexus due to loss of the asset (namely the car) you rented (think of the lease as long-term rental).
$382 is still a decent deal for a car with a $40k MSRP. You can probably find better lease deals for the loaner Mercedes C300 or Infiniti Q50 but if you like the Lexus the best then go for it…
Hmm I’m getting quoted a similar deal. Almost identical really. I agree, if all works will I’m going to try to roll everything into mo. payments as well.
Hi! I’m new to leasehackr.
I’m getting a quote on lexus IS300, base trim, MSRP 39464.
I didn’t get any details yet. He suggested zero driveoff and monthly payment of $376+ tax. Is it a fair deal??
