Would have helped if could see the MSRP but assuming it a base car with an MSRP around $40k, not a good deal for a car that is being replaced with an all-new generation. I wouldn’t be interested in a 2018 ES unless it is at least a 1% deal…
MSRP is in title which is $44,154 (Premier Package + Navigation Package + BSM + few more options).
With DAS $434, Monthly is $426.

Yes sir, just below 1%! Not a bad deal then. Check to see what the MF is (edmunds forum should have it) and use MSDs if possible to lower the monthly.
MF is .00001
I was told it is already too low and MSDs don’t help.
I was negotiating to see for reduction in monthly by dropping navigation package but payment is reduced just by $10.

I would email all the dealers in your area and ask them flat out to beat this offer on a similarly equipped ES, give them a chance to compete before taking the offer on Honcker.

I was looking at the es350 for a possible flip to Vroom. I had them price out 2 different vehicles 6k apart and they came back with the same offer: $33,500 for either a 46k es350 or 40k es350. If I could get the 40k one at 14-16% off before the $6000 lease cash in my area, it might be worth it.
Going a little off topic but Kia Sorento has some great lease cash for the 2018 cars, $8k in my area for the SX-L. If you can get a good dealer discount, that should be a good Vroom flip too…

Fortunately, there is another rebate of $1500 for existing ES owners/leases which was applied to my quote as I own 7 year old ES.
