I have my eye on the Lexus ES 350 as my next lease. I have been looking at one with an MSRP of 42708. I was offer a discount of 2918 and a rebate of 3250. The monthly payment came out to 431 for a 36 month 10k a year lease with nothing down. I am active duty Navy so I don’t pay SC tax. I am looking for some advice on getting the best deal possible. I haven’t seen the breakdown of all the numbers yet but the deal seems decent. Has anybody seen a bigger discount on this model?
I think you can get a better deal on a better car with USAA discount.

Have you explorered thru the USAA portal? There are some great discounts on different vehicles for military. And by the way, thank you for your service 
You should have a bigger discount and make sure u get the base nf. A reasonable discount on that car should be about 4500 not including any factory incentives.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I have looked at USAA and the prices for this vehicle aren’t better than what I’m offered for the same options. Probably because the car is new and not discounted much yet. I’ll make sure I have the lowest money factor and try to negotiate a bigger discount. I’m actually pretty happy the dealer gave me a reasonable offer upfront. I’ll post the results after I do the deal.
I think you don’t need to through USAA car buying service to get their discount (~$2,000) from some brands. Just being a member is enough. here from MB, for example:

Seems about right to me . That’s where I was with the best deal I could find for similarly priced IS.
