Just closed the lease yesterday. Being emailing a dealer for about 3 days. Originally he offered me $375/mo with 0 drive off for a $42k MSRP Grand Cherokee Limited. I did not want to accept this (since I saw someone mentioned a way better deal, $330/mo…)

So i emailed him one last time and said I want the $46,570 MSRP with luxury group 2 package and blind spot sensor, and willing to pay $400/mo with 0 drive off, no matter how they came up with the math… He countered $410, and I insisted $400. Dealer accepted it). I think they went with US Bank since they offer higher rebate.

The vehicle has 60 miles on it but it needed a battery swap since nobody drove it for a long time. They swapped it for me although I had to pick it up in the next day.

Finally a good deal on here. All these new people been posting horrific deals they already signed.

Enjoy the car! I used to lease an overland and it was SWEET!

I did found a Overland AFTER I signed the lease…
When I went to pick up the Limited I asked if I could get the overland instead. The sales said it is the General Manager demo car with 3000+ miles and they should be able to offer me a good deal.

He came back with $590 monthly payment, MSRP is 53k… it is obviously that the general manager did not want to sell this car so he can keep the demo for his personal use longer? Less discount and rebate comparing to my brand new limited…I think they also don’t want to offer me better deal since I already signed the limited?

I walked away with the limited. Love it so far.
