Hello Everyone,
First time post, was curious if there is a particular time of year where the incentives on a grand cherokee are typically best. I’ve been wanting to get into a limited but will wait for sure if the incentives are typically better towards the end of the year.
Thanks in advance!!
Maybe outgoing year model time on October. June this month seem like good deals going on. What you aiming for?
I was looking at the limited trim w/ 2be package. I believe the MSRP was around 41500. Currently $3500 in rebates on a lease, but I do not know if that is good camparitively speaking as compared to a typical incentive closer to the end of year. I’ve never leased a jeep so I have no basis for comparison
Shoot for close to 9 percent sales price and go from there. Rebates seem small. See if you can get IDL cash on it by doing a third party bank.
Get it from Michigan. Year round amazing deals especially if you have employee discount at your disposal.
Deals are fantastic right now for June. I ordered mine in November of 17 and the incentives were high and continued into December as well. When I ordered my 2015 I got it in March and the incentives were ok then but not great here in CT.
Just looking at the Honcker app for my zip for a 42k MSRP looks like 36/10 is $361 with $361 down. Good luck! It’s a great truck, I had a Laredo first now a Trailhawk, love it!
I just got a GC limited in Notherern NJ for $357 monthly with only first month due at signing. This is on a 36mo/12k lease with an MSRP of $41,940.
I tried doing that but as soon as they heard NY their prices jumped beyond NY prices.
I was able to get 4500 in incentives this past March on a Limited.
March is when I’ve typically seen the best incentives / discounts off of MSRP. December can get close. If you are up for a drive, there is also a dealership in the DC area that had pretty good pricing generally. Look for group buy on jeep garage. Not sure how that would shake out on a lease.
Because no store in their right mind, is going to sell a car to a customer in NY.
There are so many ways for that deal to go south.
It’s not worth the headache.
Why do NYers get bad rep? So they sell to every other state but NY.
It has nothing to do w/ the state of NY.
Why would I as, as a store, want the liability of leasing to someone that far away?
What happens if I get the taxes wrong? Or the registration paperwork wrong, and etc.
Midwest domestic brands have factories all over the place and a massive pool of customers go choose from.
Obviously this is subjective but I’d imagine 99% of stores are not going to be interested in doing one deal, that doesn’t make them money, way outside of their sales zone.
@Colladang23 Could you PM a dealer contact? I am interesting in a similar deal, also in NJ.
Depends on your zip. Right now there is another $1000 rebate for midwest. There is also $500 sams club/true car. I can’t make the Chicago dealer honor the advertised sales price for out of state. They are advertising 14.4% off before rebates. But jump $2500 for Iowa which is like 200 miles away. Some store policy BS.
Hey everyone,
Thanks for all the info. I went to look at one today, MSRP was $43,880. What should i expect as far as a good deal? They said they have about $6500 in rebates at present, lease deal would be through a credit union. What should i expect as far as further discounts on the vehicle and lease terms?
Thank you!
I checked the threads for deals in SOCAL but there have not been any lately (for awhile). Anybody know if there are some?
I was able to get 10% off prior to rebates.
What was the monthly before tax? How much acquisition fee?
EDIT: found your deal. Thanks.
OP your discount is weak i guess it depends on what neck of the woods u in i just checked my local jeep dealer inventory. They got a nicely equipped Overland 4x4 V6 with rebates of $10,401 this is contingent u use some else than Chrysler Capital to finance.
