What’s due at signing? Only the $1500? Is that a regular down payment or does that cover your first month, bank fee, and dmv?
Due at signing is the Drive Off of 3376.00…I think. this is the first time i have looked into lease…so not well versed. The 3376 includes - Acq Fee, 1st month, Reg/Doc fee. Tax on Cap and Down Payment.
That’s not a good deal. Without the $1500 down payment, your monthly is almost $500.
You should be at a selling price of 48k. You should be close to a $400 payment
So I should see if I can get dealer down to 48k…I have to work him for 50k.
I forgot to mention that your driveoff amount was too high. Don’t put a down payment. Just pay everything else upfront, dmv, bank, taxes, first month.
But that is what drive off is…isn’t it? I pay 1st month, dmv, acq fee, dmv all upfront and Drive Off the lot.
Yeah I was referring to the $3376 which included your $1500 down payment.
Someone just got the RS awd $58k msrp for $439, zero down. Just $2k-ish in driveoffs, including IL tax. Car was discounted 11k-12k I think. So your deal could definitely be better

Yes I am pay TTL up front…and that makes drive off higher. AZ is high on plates. $900.

I got 16% on my RS here in AZ last week. You might be able to get a higher discount if you went out to CA but your offer is great for AZ.
