They also said that there is an uber discount of $1,000 that can be applied, but these are the numbers without.
Is there anything else that can be done? This seems a bit high for a sonata.

Granted it is a 2018 model year and therefore there is not a lot of factory money on the hood, but those numbers are crazy. $377 is way too high for a Sonata Sport.

I just got off the phone and they offered $700 lease cash, and $1,000 uber discount with the monthly payment at $328/month.

I think I’m missing $500 on the rebates having a current Sonata lease and they have my taxes wrong right now, should be 7.25%. How’s this look to you guys? I couldn’t figure out if they’re high on the MF or not. Should be .0011.

location?
dmv fees?
did you run it through the calculator?
lease cash 2500
loyalty 500
mf 0.00110
res 56% for 10k
discount of 2070 is good
monthly seems high to me!

excludes dmv fee
excludes the 500 loyalty (for now)
i suspect additional fees being added somewhere…

Don’t forget Uber $1000 rebate. Some dealers will allow for lease and some won’t. Not sure why not as it’s no skin off their back. $500 BoostUP should also be used if possible. That can definitely be used with a lease. Is this an out of state lease? Why can’t they get your taxes correct?

Out of county lease and it’s a long story…

Lake County, Illinois
IL Doc Prep Fee $172.15
License/Title $236
Acquisition Fee $650

Plugged Loyalty and known fees in, here

And I don’t qualify for Uber or BoostUP.

lease cash of 2500 should not be taxable since it is not a retail incentive
loyalty of 500 is taxable

adjusted sheet and got 225/mo for 35 months (zero drive-off)
they are at 255.60 which is 30 higher

Thanks for the input! I’ll see what’s up with that.

Just a heads up if you can wait a week, that’s all Uber takes to get into their system. It’s pretty quick. BoostUP normally requires 30 days but there’s a way to mess with the date on your phone I think to make it seem 30 days. Still think you have to wait 5 days. Or some people will allow you to use your BoostUP account. Not exactly sure how but both have been done to enable BoostUP sooner. If that dealer accepted both, that’s $1500 right there off your lease. Expert mathematicians can show your new payment with those 2 discounts. If you need to buy asap, then totally understand.
