Justin, what market are you in (larger or smaller)? The discount is really low, in So Cal these are lease for 2k under invoice plus incentives all day long. You may need to shop out of your area to get a good deal. For under $500 a month I have an Q5 and Rx350 (both lease payments are in the low $400’s). The Terrains are nice, bit not as nice as most highline vehicles.
Honestly, why are you even posting this awful deal? You know it’s bad and that is what everyone is going to tell you. The discount is awful compared to any good deal on a 2018 Terrain that’s ever been posted and rebates are much lower this month.
Bud, if you wait till the last week of the month, the same dealers will reply to your counter offers. Dont jump on the 400 price already. Not saying its too low or high. Check rebates on autobytel for your zip code, then if u see a denali terrain post from last month, see how much dealer discount was on those deals before incentives rebates were applied, just so you have an idea. Then use the mf and rv from edmunds and punch the numbers on calculator with this months rebate and that should give you an idea where you should be. Again, it will take some work but well worth it. Also, hit atleast 4 dealers within your area closest. Wait for the one who you think will be best with the numbers till last weekend of the month.
Keep in mind, you wont be able ti get exact numbers on the calculator so even if your 10 to 20 bucks in range go for it. Also, check 24 month numbers as well as 36

This exactly. I can’t tell you how different it is between walking into a dealership the last weekend of the month vs the first weekend. It’s like walking into a ghost town. Such a weird business.
I’ve got a feeling that there will be a significant mid month refresh on these incentives too. The programs across the board in this GM segment are very unattractive compared to the past few months, and I’d be shocked if they roll into Memorial Day with that level of trunk cash.
