2018 Escalade Luxury 4WD

36/10K lease
MRSP $87,045
Selling price $76,635.58
MF 0.00009
RV 53%
Drive off: $1,246 including 1st month payment and other fees
$899 monthly payment
So basically monthly payment is $908

This is the best quote I received so far, this car has milage of 3,301, I think it’s a demo?

Good or bad?

How does the $10,409.42 discount break down? What, if any, incentives are being applied and what is the dealer discount?

Not sure how Cadillac demos/loaners work, but you should check that the RV they’re providing you has been adjusted for the miles instead of showing up to sign and having them bump the payments up because they made a “mistake”.

GM Doesn’t lower residual. Essentially, you lose those miles in the lease. In simplest terms, a 1 year/10k mile lease would now have 6,699 miles.

You can, if you like, purchase those miles back at inception at $.20/mile

Max miles on a demo you can lease is 7500.

Great info @mp11477 …thanks!

Sounds like @daisyjun would have to pay $660.20 (3,301 miles * $0.20/mile) to have a true 36/10K lease.

Or just have a roughly 9k/yr lease and skip the extra $$$ if he doesn’t need all 10k/yr

I won’t drive that much milages actually. I was looking for 7.5K/year, but the lowest GM has is 10K.

The monthly payment looks reasonable? I will try to see if they can lower selling price.

discount includes supplier discount 5k, discount 4.5k, rebate 2k

There is no discount on MSRP, just the rebates?

Dealer discount is a paltry 5% of MSRP on a loaner.

Yeah, that is crappy.

Not familiar with the escalade demo market, but if it is anything like other demos I have seen leased on here, another 10% off of MSRP should be easily attainable.

Not sure what a good target discount is from the dealer off of MSRP, but here is a demo I found at 7% ($6,064 / $86,620) off from the dealer.

Tell them $799, first month’s payment only at drive off and sign.
