Thank you. I am not sure how I missed it was the same vehicle. I suppose I was too focused on those numbers.
I cannot speak for anyone else, but had the same deal been offered to me through Honcker (or even the two Chevrolet dealerships I was negotiating with), I would have taken it. The $1,317 due at signing would not have deterred me at all. I was not even coming close to $154 for the same vehicle via the dealers, and that included Costco (Auto Program pricing and incentives/rebates).
Although the app was showing a different make of vehicles, I was getting $305 7,500/24 with an M.S.R.P. of $30,940. The closest I got was an alert (price drop) of around $213 for $28,940 with approximately $1,240 due at signing.
And I have Tier-1 credit.
I did well with the lease I eventually just signed, but if I could have avoided all of the time and negotiations, I would have hit the “Lease” button in the Honcker app without hesitation (and had them deliver it to my residence).
The disclaimer here is that I am no expert or hacker, but merely going by comparison of similar deals, again, I would not hesitate to lease at those numbers. I would have been more than happy.
