2018 Chevy Volt Lease Info (Jan 2018) in So.Cal

I just need an LT with leather.

The confidence package only adds $790 to the MSRP. With the residual on the Volt youā€™re only looking at ~half of that. The side blind zone alert is definitely worth that and can be an accident saver. I got a 2018 LT with Leather, confidence, comfort in Oct. I regret that I didnā€™t post until today my data point as I couldnā€™t have gotten the deal without everything I learned on leasehackr. It was a 36/12K lease for $216.19/month payment with 0 down except the $426 I paid for the excess wear and tear package. That was without a current lease in the household (this was my first lease) but I did have about 2K in topped off GM Card earnings so without that I would have been looking at ~$60 more.

Here was my deal:
MSRP: 36,310
Gross capitalized cost: 30733.11 (29632.11 vehicle cost plus 595 acq. + 80 doc + 426 Lease W+T)
Adjusted capitalized cost: 24449.66
Residual value: 18155
Base: 197.43
Tax: 18.76
Total 216.19

With post-purchase rebates of Costco executive $700 gift card, $1,500 from California EV program, and $450 from my utility Iā€™m very happy with my lease. Currently just shy of 3,000 miles and so far less than $20 in gas.

Looks good. Iā€™ve just started shopping for a Volt Premier, and Iā€™m looking at $33,000 sell price. Iā€™m curious why your sell price is the same as a Premier?

have u already completed the lease?

edit:
and this is for a 2018?

i was under impression that there is quite a bit inventory of 2017 volt.
i am guessing the deal for 2017 should be much much better.
it is understandable that a 2018 deal may not be as good.
just my 2c

Possible lease support for 2017 ended, so no incentives?

So $29632.11 is the sell price?

This is an awesome deal!!

No, I am waiting until lease gets better (hopefully).

2017 inventory is almost non existent in California now.

really?

im surprised at that.

my impression was:

2017 bolt = very hard to findā€¦make deal on (low/no inventory in CA)

2017 volt = very easy to findā€¦make deal on (plenty inventory in CA)

and dealerships say 2017ā€™s are not leasable anymore. Banks wonā€™t approve.

got it. missed that point.

Yes, lease was signed on the last day of the month so I may have benefited from a dealer trying to reach its month end sale goals.

Hi. What can you get on a Volt w/leather, 36 mo., 15K, 0$ ? Iā€™m in socal

I had a similar one back in Jan.

MSRP: $36,xxx 2018LT with Leather
36months/ 15K miles
$1500 due @ signing $334.97 [9.50% TAX included] LA county

Had better deal with same dealer in Dec. 2017 for a 18 LT leather model $2000 due with $298 per month Tax inc. didnā€™t take it back in Dec. Kinda regret to take this deal. Everyday i feel like iā€™m an idiot that didnā€™t lease it back in Dec.
when i saw those people get some unbelievable deals like 216 per month. I feel like iā€™m still very entry level. Did see a lot of great deals for 2017 volt. dealer just simply tell your now 18 model have different incentives. you canā€™t look at 17 models. i didā€™t know how to argue with that when i tried to negotiate. hope can learn some more from this web. wish found this website before i leased my car.
