Well everyone works with different dealerships and each dealership will only lose so much money, not saying your deal is real or fake but I kind of find that deal hard to believe without some major GM Discount Codes. If you do have that deal in writing and you are comfortable with it then I suggest that you get it from them while you can because that is a very good deal. 
Down payment is not the same as due at signing. Can you share with us this written quote?
