Those discounts aren’t coming from the Red Cross. That dealer likely purchased and titled those vehicles in their own name and are sold as used. The GM I was talking to said thats common with the Bolt. It allows the dealer to take advantage of the the tax credits available then sell at a discount. The incentives aren’t itemized on their page either.
