2018 Cadillac XT5 AWD. Rate it. First month due at signing. $333.00 including tax 12K miles

I was able to work this deal on a courtesy XT5 with 3500 miles. They originally came out with $438 at 10k miles on a 39 month lease with $4600 down. I pushed back. Walked out with first month due and a let them slide a $85 delivery fee in. $333 a month including oil changes and rotation. I qualified for GMS and convinced them to throw some flex cash at it.

It’s probably not the absolute best, but I feel I did well.

I got the same one for my wife at the end of Aug for 300/mo w/o GMS. Last minute meet a quota deal. You did good, though.

Calculator wont paste the details for whatever reason. Selling Price was 33515 and MSRP was 46250.I’ll try and get the calculator to work. Sorry.

That’s a solid deal!

Nice! Did you post details of it or can you provide them to me? I’m working a deal for my father on a FWD to sign for tomorrow. Thinking around $280 a month for 10k miles.

I haven’t yet, mostly because I’ve been busy and keep forgetting to get the paperwork out of the car. Other reason is, numbers got worse in Sep, and it’s not replicable anymore. I didn’t want 35 people asking me to PM the dealer details when I know they can’t do it this month. I’ll post this week with a disclaimer though.

Fwd for 280-300 should be doable though. GM numbers are national with the exception of some variance in TX.

Good to know, thanks!

Sounds like an amazing deal. I got my wife one 4 months ago for $424 a month with first payment DAS

Good friggin’ lord almost 30% off MSRP an XT5? Nice work!

I’m trying to get a deal done on a 50k MSRP FWD loaner and best I’ve seen is about 12-14% off.

A little jealous- but also a little hopeful

any insight if the miles were deducted from your available miles for the lease?
There’s a lot of back and forth if GM deducts them? In other words if you got a 30k mi/3yr lease, the would give you a 26.5k mi over 3 years by deducting the loaner miles already on the car.

A little backstory. My father purchased a 2017 loaner from the same dealer. At the time, the miles on the vehicle were DEDUCTED from his lease. He pushed back and they gave him his full mileage. When i went in yesterday, she explained GM changed their position and now give the full mileage. Using my car as an example, We can turn it in with 39,500 miles and not be charged overage.

Where are you located?

I’m in Florida- I’ve tried working with about 5 dealerships with no takers. My latest offer is in at 20% off MSRP on a loaner with 2200 miles. If it’s anything like the other dealership encounters they’ll tell me to take a hike and not even counter.

I’d be willing to travel the south east for $80-100/mo in savings though!

interesting, because my friend leased a loaner in 2016 or 2017 (i don’t recall exactly) and they did NOT deduct the miles.
What state are you located?

In Ohio. I am pretty sure they were just trying to pull a quick one during finance with my Dad. He caught it and they made it right.

Mine deducted. Initially they added them back, however I told them not to bother. Saved another 500 bucks.

Your local incentives would still apply. Any regional cash is based on owner’s zip. MF and residual are national. That said, dealer discount could be bigger if you travel.

They have one (technically 2, but we are taking 1) 2018 service/demo left. It’s a FWD with base trim. Working a deal for my dad as well and he made them add heated seats to it. They are willing to deal for sure, but being in FL that may be too far for you.
