2018 BMW X6 35i Lease

Offered a 2018 BMW X6 35i Demo for 36m/15k a year at $885/mo with 3k down. Car has 4,500mi.
That number, I can get at Carvoy on a new X6 76k.

MSRP: 78,210 (White, M Sport, Driver Assistance)

They are advertising $63,000 as a sale price online, but with these numbers, it should be 890 with 0 down!

Last time I was looking at a loaner X5, which should have been $650 with 0 down, came out to $835, because I only qualified for 40% of their discount. Ridiculous!

Any thoughts?

If they’re selling it for $63k, you’re probably better off financing it.

Makes sense. That way you don’t have to pay acquisition fee also.
