I think you should state that. As a broker I’m sure you know the three states listed have very different tax rates… Also state what the 3500 rebate includes.
Pricing is based on NY state. Rebates Im pretty sure are the same for the states I listed. In regards to taxes, yes each state is different but I would still offer the SAME monthly payments and just take the difference (if more) out my cost.
So you’d give people in other states a worse deal ~~ sounds fair. NYC has the highest sales tax in the region.
I have no clue how you come up with 3500 in rebates. If you want to be a successful broker here – you have to be transparent.
Thats why I said I would offer same monthly payment “IF MORE” now if the case is that it’s less of course the customer would have a lower payment.
