hi guys… for starters… thanks for sharing insights on not just the deals, but leasing in general… have learnt a lot of cool stuff about the process over the last few months…

First time leasing and could use your help in evaluating a deal that i got in the closing minutes of the year… though i was not able to get the details… here is what i know for now:

2018 X3 loaner with 4K miles…
MSRP - 52,785
Selling price - 46,830 (might have changed as i have loyalty)
36/10
Monthy: $549
DAS: $1000 even (all inclusive)

how am I doing? expert feedback much appreciated…

Not good… that’s a 12% discount after incentives plus a reduced residual due to the mileage. You could get an X5 loaner for around $549/month before taxes.

To even consider a loaner, you should be above 15% off MSRP before incentives.

Also highly suggest to take advantage of MSDs (assuming dealership is not in NY).

Thanks Britten… I didn’t go ahead with that one…will keep looking for the x3… hopefully they might have new programs for 2019.
