Any thoughts on this deal?

Under 1%, looks pretty solid!

It isn’t though. There’s about $1k of cap cost reduction in that price, bringing the total to over $900.

There’s room to negotiate in this.

You’re right… They snuck $1k in as Cap Cost.

That being said, he’s at 9% off before incentives or the $1k Corp Fleet (81,464 / 89,245 = 91%). So, I don’t know that there is anything left for the dealer to give.

Just ended up getting the car yesterday and I think I received a pretty good deal. Thank you to everyone for your input.

What is the lease inspection rebate for 1k?

Solid deal on a serious machine. Enjoy it!

Honestly I have no clue. I was just negotiating hard and they said they could offer this to me.

Good deal. (20 char)

These are in demand cars in certain areas if you are getting 9% before rebates you are doing well.

Did you have a trade in or competitors lease?

Solid deal on a solid car.

Are they in demand? I live in an area that might as well be sponsored by bmw and i haven’t seen a single one.

Not everyone is buying 85k V8s. Production is limited.

They gave that car away lol

leads me to believe it’s not “that in demand”.

I don’t think it is either it’s really no diff than the F10 550i.

I just heard that a guy paid MRSP for one. So, I guess it depends on how educated on invoice, holdback, & incentives the buyer is.

There’s a sucker born every minute

Did you trade in a previous 5 lease to get that 2k loyality rebate?
