Why are you transferring out so early? Odd to see multiple people committing to these enormous payments on an M3 and then transferring out right after the first 6 months. Are 2018 models disappointing?

Probably flipping with $5k down. But who’s gonna tell you the truth?

This isn’t an enormous payment even with the $5k factored in, although the numbers look worse obviously with fewer months left. At the time this was leased the numbers were ok but MF was higher and I’m guessing it includes MD taxes.

I know a lot of people are swapping out before the new M3 starts being previewed. Similar situation with the X5M which is coming out at the end of this year. I’m going to flip mine before that.

lol you ain’t flippin it here with 5k down :stuck_out_tongue:

What’s the point of giving an incentive if you’re asking for 5k down…

It isn’t really an incentive, and imo disingenuous to list it as one. This is a smart leasing community, and I’d assume 99.8% of the frequent posters here can figure out why. With transfer fee and down asked for, effective payment is $855, so it’s not like he’s burying a terrible deal, but with the $5k ask, prob will have more success at swapalease.

He’s contractually obligated to pay that $672, it takes 10-12 business days on the most flawless of transactions to transfer a BMW lease, which is closer to 15-17 actual days. He posts it on the 4th, so the owner takes actual possession on the 20th-22nd if all goes smoothly, and labels those 8-10 days as an incentive (at full value nonetheless, even though the net is closer to $200ish if we’re going to be technical) - I mean, that’s like some used car dealer nonsense.
