Just came back from the dealer with a buddy of mine that picked up a 2018 BMW M3. White with black interior and competition wheels.

MSRP: $77,170
Selling Price: $68,686.86
Monthly Payment: $684.20 + tax
Cash Due at Signing: $2,190.00 (reg, first payment, license, etc.)
MSD: $5,250
Incentives: $5000 (no loyalty or college grad)

Months: 36
Annual Mileage: 10,000
MF: 0.00162 (marked up 20 points)
Region: SoCal

Dealers that have any left are trying to move them off their lots so definitely a good time to lease if you’re in the market.

I wonder if he can get the bmw scca $500 rebate as well?

Are you sure Incentives aren’t $4500? (Lease credit+OL)

Also how come he didn’t push them to higher discount/base MF? Its only a 10% discount if you consider base MF.

Positive on the $5k incentives. Not sure what it was made up of exactly.

$3500 was lease cash

$1000 might have been conquest since he was in a other lease. Don’t recall what it was for exactly but he didn’t qualify for loyalty, usaa or college grad.

I don’t remember what the $500 was. The finance guy added it to the contract at the very end. Maybe they threw in an OL code they had?

I thought BMW lease support for MY18 ended at the end of March?!

Only some models… But heard the end of April is the end of 2018…

April is the last month for lease support on the 2018 M3s
