After communicating with multiple BMW dealers I found the perfect lease. My goal was 12% and I was getting offers of 8-10%. The dealer I ended up going to had an original offer of $539 a month for 36 months and 12k miles. I ended up getting the 12% off, MSRP $49,895, discounted price $44,000.
I had $9,000 in rebates ( USAA, College Grad, and Federal rebate)
$3,900 DAS will be recouped in CA credit, BMWCCA membership rebate, and SDGE rebate in 2019.
Final out the door payment was 0 down $250 a month for 30 months and 10k miles a month. I think I did ok and the salesperson said this was her one digger of the month since I basically got the car for so cheap. However, some numbers didn’t seem right, but it’s the number I was shooting for so I didn’t squabble over 6 bucks a month.
Year, Make, Model, and Trim: Saved Numbers on Leasehackr Calculator:

I ended up getting the car a BMW El Cajon. Check out BMW Escondido they were close to what I wanted. Do not try with BMW San Diego, especially Dan Brummet because he was a pompous ass!
Congrats! I was not able to get 12% off with a buy rate MF. They were inflated MF just like yours. I was able to get a little over 10% off a $52k i3 REx for $202/mo.
can you please share the dealers info? I am looking to lease an i3 as well… LA/Orange County Area.
I went to the Creviers and they told $4000 down, $410/month plus tax.
I ended up leasing from BMW EL Cajon,
Tamara Taylor, Internet Sales. I was close with BMW Escondido, but the vehicle didn’t have all the options I was looking for. Good luck.
There is also a high monthly cost for 36 months vs 30 months. With BWMCCA no longer offering the $1000 rebate for this car, you’ll find wknapp0924’s deal hard to replicate.
