It’s the 1st day of the new incentives for bmw, I’d shop around more. See if you qualify for all incentives and get a more transparent offer like others mentioned. Don’t forget Costco members now get an extra $500 off.
Question so I can join Costco for $50 and get $500 off, or does the deal require me to be a long term member?
You have to be a member by July 5th (today) to qualify for the current incentives. I joined today and received my certificate already.
Autonation quotes are like that. The taxing info is there in case you want to purchase. Don’t worry about it on the lease. They give you purchasing and leasing options. They usually mark up the MF though. If you ask them to lower the mf(they usually do) this would be a decent deal.
Damnnnnn 550s are almost $100k?!!
Man, car prices are increasing faster than my income… so much for making more $$ to buy better cars
Nice car though. Hope you get a good deal.
Numbers make sense, but what incentives are there this month?
They included $3k in total: $2k for loyality and $1k something else, not sure.
Low interest rates have enabled manufacturers to raise prices because Americans by and large shop by monthly payment.
It won’t last forever, auto loan rates have been going up quite a bit lately.
No need for duplicate threads
If you’re really asking this, you haven’t done your research at all…
Go through the posts where people have shared the deals they’ve got on similar BMW’s, or go through the trophy garage and you’ll see if that payment is a good deal for the msrp of that car.
It’s getting silly with all the people making posts like this, no offense.
It’s a forum about car leasing, why is it silly to post a question in “ask” category? You are not being helpful at all, and replies like that are toxic to the forum
Because before asking, a quick search would have provided the answer to your questions.
It also would’ve given you valuable information that would be key to your negotiation process and getting the best deal.
You should reach out to Greg Poland at PacificBMW. He will give you a much better deal and is totally transparent.

Hello everyone,
I’m in Colorado and I cannot find deals as represented anywhere near what I am seeing here on an '18 M550i.
Discount off of MSRP = only 3%.
Incentives = $3500 I am a BMW finance customer, USAA member, Costco member (although they won’t let me combine these last two).
For instance, this is the deal I was just offered, see pic. I realize this is not a good deal… Is it just the wrong time of year - should I be trying more aggressively in September for instance?! (I also realize the MF is not indicated, I have asked for that). Most dealers here have what they call a “Best Price” and say they cannot deviate from this…
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Have you called all 5 dealers in the state? Might not hurt to try Omaha or somewhere in Kansas
Hi joeblogs,
I have not tried all 5 per se, but have been in touch with the 3 closest to me that have cars on the lot configured closest to what I would want. Thanks for the suggestion to check out Omaha or Kansas, - maybe it’s just Colorado that isn’t too incentivized to move inventory…?
Depending on how far you’re willing to travel, I’d consider giving @Samson a shot, since I believe Pacific BMW does out of state deals. SoCal market is a lot more competitive.
Thank you all for the replies - I did do some research with Pacific BMW but found a post from Greg Polland stating out of state leases are much more complex and receive less of his attention. That being said it will not hurt to reach out to him and try.
I’d love to hear from anyone in Colorado who has recently leased an M550i…
The car market in Colorado on the high end isn’t super competitive. So many people moving here and just not enough dealers. You’ll have to cast a bigger net. Thankfully all the BMW stores are owned by different people.
After many years with BMW, the worst is Pacific BMW in Glendale.
The best dealers I have found are: Shelly, Irvine & McKenna BMW.
