Generally all deals on this forum are $0 down but that DAS does seem slightly higher than what Iām used to.

The DAS states tax included, but monthly is 199+tax, something is off
The tax in the das is the tax on the $5,500 rebates and the cash down (~$730). Bank fee is $925, registration and docs fees is ~$520, and first payment ~220.
This is not inclusive of the sales tax on the monthly payment.

You would definitely want to drop the acquisition fee and raise the MF by .0005 here too.
The $730 is the tax on the combined 2400 drive off and 5500 lease and loyalty rebates. Waiving the acquisition fee and raising the money factor is possible and of course would result in a lower drive off and higher monthly payment.
