2018 Audi A5 Sportback Premium Plus

Can advise if below deal is a good deal or if its possible to have them go down any lower?

MSRP: $53,900
Sales Price: $47,325.22
Fees: $1407.75?? (Not sure if this is cap reduction)
Sales Tax: $237.58??
Down Payment: 3750.02
Acquisition Fee: $895
Miles/yr: 7,500
Residual: 61% ($32,879)
Months: 36
Money Factor: 0.00198
Document Fee: $80
License/Registrat. Fee: $400
Sales Tax: 9.5%
Disposition fee: $350
First month pymt. (incl. tax): $557.20

The paper shows $51,389.80 as cost and shows Front gross RB as -$4064.58. Also, what is the 30% bank reserve?

Sorry but couldn’t obtain copy of the paper work. Please lmk if its a good deal to proceed w/ and if not what I should be looking out for. TIA.

Sounds like a crappy deal with $3500 down and only 7.5k/yr. What is the total drive-off amount?

Here are some of the pics from the deal. The first one is for 36/10k before negotiating. I do not need 10k and am ok w/ 75k. The 2nd pic is a partial pic since I couldn’t get the whole lease copy. Lmk what you guys think. TIA and appreciate your help.

Better off with no money down. If you screw the car you lose the money. That’s a basic rule when leasing.

I am looking to lease an A5 as well but I always ask for 0 down. Unfortunately, A5 sells so well, you cannot be aggressive on offers yet. I went to 3 dealers and they were out of stock.

That’s a terrible deal, even with Audi’s being known to lease awfully
