I was having a hard time covering this into something I could plug into the calculator so can someone take a look and see how this looks? I read that Audi’s don’t lease well and definitely doesn’t meet the 1% rule.
It’s a 2018 A5 Coupe Premium with convenience package, heated seats, gray oak inlays.

Like you said, Audi leases really badly.
So sad to see cars with potential being ruined by their ridiculous prices. Losing so many customers to BMW/Mercedes and others.
But they have a plan to redesign their boring models… that’ll fix the problem. 
Pretty sure premium plus is the trim with the best residuals for Audi, you should check on Edmunds to see where the best financials are. But yes as others have said, Audi is a tough lease.
Is using MSDs permissible on all Audi vehicles/leases?
