2018 Alfa Stelvio Quad

Trying to score my first deal and go big on a Stelvio Quad! Those things are such beasts!! Am I calculating the lease breakdown correctly? Here are the numbers I got from the dealer:

MSRP = $85,590
Dealer discount = $9,040
Rebates = $3,000
MF = 0.00039
Residual = 0.40

Payment for a 36mo/15k lease = $1,310.00 with first month due at signing.

I plugged in the leasehackr calculator and couldn’t come close to the $1.3k/month price they quoted me.

Wouldn’t you be much better off buying it? The 40% residual is going to make a lease just awful. You’ll be paying nearly $50,000 to drive this car for 3 years and then return it. I absolutely love the Stelvio and Giulia Quadrafoglio models, but until the residuals go up or they start offering some steep discounts, they aren’t going to be worth leasing in my opinion.

These things are prime candidates for buying after the 2 or 3 year lease returns start showing up on dealer lots.

That residual is pretty terrible. However they aren’t selling well and apparently some folks have gotten them discounted to 65k-70k. The 2year lease has a 50% residual and .00023 MF (and that’s on a 15k lease) which might be more enticing.

I hope so. I’ll be looking for another lease this December and would love to see some better leases on these. Good luck.

Wow. That deal is insane

That is a very solid deal @Stlsub. Thanks for the share.

That dealer has 6 - 2018 Stelvio quads and looks to be looking to move them.

Best of luck to you. Even with tax and drive off fees, it should come in under $1000
