Thanks to @lessthanjoey, i got introduced to dealer in OC. Does this deal seem pretty good? Went back and forth about their advertised special and landed at this. Thoughts?

This seems like a very good deal, especially since you are getting 12k miles instead of the traditional 10k with Alfa Romeo.

What’s the difference between your deal and the ad, the 12k vs 10k in miles?

yes and paying acquisition up front vs rolling it in. their advertised MSRP was higher though.

I think that’s pretty good. You basically took the dream from 10k to 12k for a slightly lower msrp. It was already a great deal so I think you’re great.

Ally or FCA. Looks like serious MF upcharge if Ally.

Ally has very high MF. High residual, high MF. Not always a good deal but it works well for 24mo, high discount.

To get to those numbers, have to use .0001 Mf and 59%, 2750 in lease cash. There is 500 in incentives somewhere but they rolled it into the discount off msrp.

It’s 3K under HOLDBACK. They are making up the money somewhere.

Base MF % is .13 on Ti through Ally. Translates to 0.0005417

Can you elaborate what this means? If input the ally mf as the rate, the payment will come up higher obviously. Are you saying that they are using the ally rate?

Ask the dealer he is obligated to tell you

Hey yoyo, you’ve got a killer deal! These cars seem to lease very poorly, and $400 a month with $1300 out of pocket for 12k miles on a 24 month lease is beyond excellent! Who cares how they got to that number, what’s important is that they did get there… Some deals are actual losers for the dealership, but it’s a new unit moved. The managers get paid on volume as well as gross profit. I was at an Alfa dealer last week. I was quoted $600 a month for 24 months, with $3k down on a $49k MSRP car. And please don’t tell me to negotiate, because I negotiate for a living. This dealer was stuck at those figures, so of course I walked. Either way, bravo on a great deal!
