2017 XC90 T6 Incsp Lease

Can you guys please comment if this is a good deal. Numbers given by dealer in
so cal. Also the MF looks a little high to me. I could take the MSD to get it down as per the dealer. $5K discount includes the 1500$ sommersale discount. Do i have room for more negotiation?

Have you read the other XC90 threads?

I got this deal today on a Momentum today and was wondering how to respond.

MSRP $60,805

Discount $5,600

Residual 56%

Monthly payment $739.37 @ 15,000 per year
$722.33 @ 12,000 per year

Due at signing $4,152.68 @ 15,000 per year
$4,135.64 @ 12,000 per year

I have asked for additional details but they will not provide. Any advice.

Yes…I saw someone got a deal for 24/7.5K for around 420$ monthly. but the msrp was 5K less…so that is $208$ per month.

So ideally the best deal should be 420 + 208 = $628. However, the dealer is giving me $842.38. Looks like the RV is less on my deal too.

This is the deal from the other forums that I am referring to

MSRP 57390

Discount $12340 (including $3500 conquest and $750 Costco)

Acqusitioin fee: $995 (They marked it up by $300)

Dealer fee: $199

MF 0.00057

RV 67%

24/7.5k miles

Zero down. $4500 MSD

Monthly payment of $372.98 before tax

$405.10 after my tax rate of 8.613%

Drive off: $495.10 (1st month payment + $90 plate fee) and $4500 MSD

Additional $200 Costco GC after completing Costco Auto survey

That’s not how it works.

By that statement, you should read up more on how leases work to fully understand how to calculate leases.

You are not purchasing; you are leasing, the $5K difference in MSRP is residualized.

I get it now. I put in the 36/10k numbers in the calculator and got the below numbers. Is this a good deal. If not where can I negotiate with the dealer? as he is already giving a 12% discount

Monthly Payment (Excl. Tax): $712
Monthly Payment (incl. tax): $776
Drive-Off: $1,263
1st month payment: $776
Down payment: $0
Registration and doc fee: $480
Tax on cap cost reduction and fees: $7
Leasehackr Score: 7.2 years
Disposition Fee: $350
Total Lease Cost: $28,362

No, it is not a good deal. Read the other XC90 threads. Where is the 12% discount you are getting? I thought you said they were discounting $5k off an MSRP of $62540?

MSRP $62,540
Dealer discounts $5,000 + Rebates $4,250 (Costco and Conquest)= $9,250 total savings

Net Cap Cost $54,982.45

I am calculating 12% based on the above Net Cap cost (includes dealer discounts + rebates).

I do fee like this is not a good deal by looking at other threads. Should I be asking for more dealer discount > $5000?
