First of all, thank you for all the members of this forum. It could be weird but, for me; a car is something take me to point A to B securely and efficiently. That`s why I lease or finance my car when there is a major design change for an upcoming year. Dear Lease Gods please give your opinions on this deal
2017 VW Tiguan S FWD
MSRP: $26321
SP: $22091
monthly payments including Ohio Tax is $299 per month for 36/15K (Zero Down, payment includes everything)
It seems to me that the deals are no yet there in this car, the 18 is not due in for a couple of months. You don’t meet the 1% rule and there are much better cars out there for the money. Why not get a Nissan Rogue SV for $100 less a month. It is a far safer car to drive.
It is based off my calculations on the discounts I was being given by Nissan in Van Nuys in LA. Mine actually came in just above $200 but it included the family pack and the premium pack. This was in June so the rebates might not be there anymore, I have not checked this month as we went in a different direction.
Just checked, there is still $2,250 in rebate on a lease and also you can get them $2k below invoice. Combine that with a very very low interest rate and a pretty decent residual and you have your cheap lease.
