Are you sure there was no local dealer with this payment? The residual is great (73%) so with MSD and no shipping, you could get a killer deal. Still, I think you got a good discount and got under 1% MSRP.

Couldn’t find anything on the West coast that would even come close. The 1.4k shipping is about standard and actually a $350 reduction from what I was originally quoted.

Wow! 73% RV after almost 4 years, that is insane.

Why don’t West Coast dealers come close to that? Can’t they use the same RV on their trucks?

@StillLooking Short of laughing me out of the building, my local Toyota dealer had no interest in even attempting to match the deal.

I assume that Toyota Tacomas (and trucks in general) do more volume on the West Coast, so less reason for them to offer discounts off of MSRP.

The original quote was $1,750. I shopped around on uship.com and found similar pricing. The dealership ultimately charged me less, so ended up working out just going with their preferred shipper.
