Hello I have a question just leased a 2017 RAV 4 for 250.78 a month taxes included and no downpayment, except for first month on lease. Below is the information from the contract just curious to know if I got a deal or not? Thanks LHF

MSRP was 27348.00
Cap Cost Reduction was 2000.00 + 250.78 (the first months payment)
Agreed upon value of vehicle was 24,625.00

taxes: 687.82
reg fees: 324.50
Acquisition: 650.00

Total: Gross Cap Cost 26713.82

No point in asking AFTER signing, but it looks decent enough. Enjoy the car.

Jon, thank you. I wish I had found this forum prior to going out and making the deal but thanks for your response.

They wanted 2999.99 at signing. However, out of pocket, I just pay the first months payment which was $245.00

it’s still good to still ask, Perhaps to verify if you got a good deal before you refer family, coworkers to the same dealership …

You are right coolryans, because they did ask for referrals and a comment on my Toyota Survey and Google. So prior to me doing so, it be nice to really know what I scored. Thanks.
