I test drove both but not enough to give adequate feedback.
I got a 2017 Prius fully loaded from South Coast Toyota in LA for zero down and zero customer cash for $357 (last month). The car even parked by it self. Not sure if Volt has the technology Prius has for the price. But Volts cost more so I assume you get more.
