2017 SQ4 Maserati Quattroporte $1005/mo 36mo. 7.5K mi/yr

The maintenance cost is a real downer. I just cut what I thought was a great deal on a Ghibli SQ4 – zero down, $710/mo. But on checkout the finance guy sold me on the prepaid maintenance. It made the monthly payments pop up $40 per month. Still it sounds like the way to go to get the prepaid maintenance. I just wish I had gone into the negotiation with that on my mind and in my budget.

I opted out of prepaid but, only because I drive low mileage and wasn’t sure if I would need the service on the final year of my lease.

36k over 3 years. Seems like a lot to me for a Maserati.

The lease is 7.5Kmi./yr. for 3 yrs.

I meant $36k, a lot of money for a Maser

It is my understanding is that you will need the first two services regardless. I have a 36 month lease. So, I only prepaid for the first two year maintenance. They explained that it is due at 12,000 or 12 months (which ever come first) and 24,000 or 24 months (which ever comes first). So, regardless they told me I would need the first two services, but I would not need the third unless I went way over on my miles.

Did you prepay for 3 services or only 2?

Not too bad they’re basically giving you a 20k discount off a new car. Does the new 2017 Quattraporte have the new infotainment with Apple Carplay? If not toss that crap.

It does have Apple CarPlay and infotainment. Way better infotainment screen then the refurbished GMC screens that they used in the early Ghbili models.

Punch them back and ask for 10,000 miles and take the deal IMO. Also tell them $999 is your lucky number with taxes…

I feel like I could have gotten them under $1000 but I still had 6 payments on my ghibli… they cut me a check for 3 of the payments and Maserati had a pull through deal to pick up the other 3 payments… I think now that the car is grounded I may not owe as much cash as they gave me so it was all good in the end.

Just 2 for $1495…

Maybe I’ll do the same thing

Pardon my comment as i am a noob (just joined today) but i’m still wrestling with the fact that there is a Maserati dealer in Allentown, PA. Has there been a resurgence there that i missed or do you own the Lehigh Valley hospital? Your car may be worth more than many homes in that zip code…

Seriously though, your lease/value factor (my comp) is only 8.28 which is fantastic and that’s excluding the 6 payments made for you. Slick deal!

Ha. Thanks, $1000/month is not the ideal car payment and honestly, I wanted to lower my payment by a couple hundred bucks coming out of my Ghib lease, I was thinking Lincoln continental or something of that caliber but as I continued to work the deal and the number got around 1K I figured I might never get a deal like this to drive a 121K MSRP vehicle so I bit the bullet so-to-speak… as far as a Mas dealer in Allentown (there is also one in Mechanicsburg), I think you will start to see more Maserati’s on the street over the next few years, mainly the Levante which will compete with Mercedes and BMW in my opinion.

I wonder if they’ll give me a GTS for around a $1000 a month. I’ll trade the Ghibli in tomorrow!

If u get a GTS for that I want 1 too!

In the last few days of 2014 I got a GTS for a family member for 99k. (wasn’t a lease)

Correction it was actually the end of 2013. MSRP ~~ 148k

What dealership and sales person offered this? I may be interested. Thanks in advance
