Is this a good deal?
Def passes the 1% rule by a long shot.
At .82% its up there with some of the best deals I’ve seen on the forums.

@vhooloo I bought the truck from that dealer (prime GMC hanover). That is the deal mine was based off of but that is using 2k for current gmc lessee and not including dealer fees etc. Best I got was 3700 down (total with fees) and 398 per month. I decided to do sign and drive and they honored the deal on a truck that wasn’t a selected rebate truck (my salesman dropped the ball on a locate) so I think they actually lost money on the deal.

They have adjusted the deal I am confused as to why the payment is higher with more rebates though?
Looks good to me. Don’t worry, be happy!

Excellent deal. Just wanted to post this in case you were not aware, but since you got it from prime, all is good

Payment is higher because the residual is lower.
Yes thank you! I actually didnt even see the deal online. I was going to do a deal on swapalease and stumbled onto that deal when I went to test drive it. This is my first lease ever so its good to hear I made out well. Quirk in manchester nh had some pretty good deals as well if anyone is looking in the area. thanks guys.
I figured it would be the residual was just curious how that changes so abruptly?

Just got this from OK dealer. Doesn’t seem that good to me.
I had almost identical msrp they discounted the truck 6500 and there were some rebates. my sales price was a little bit lower and my net cap was 58ish I believe. Still a good deal only 32 bucks more a month than I am paying for sign and drive.
