Hey guys,
Can you let me know your thoughts on this deal which I will be signing today. I know its looks pretty good on paper for now, SoCal area.
BTW, we will register the car in Detroit, so numbers are not 100% accurate with registration.

Below numbers are good for SoCal though

MSRP: 45054
Selling price: 39426
Discount: 12%
Gross cap cost: dont know
Rebates: $4000 (2k lease cash+1k grad+1k PGA cert)
Money Factor (MF) : 0.00008
Residual (in %): 58%
Term: 36 months
Mileage : 12k miles per year
MSD’s: 3150
down : 0
Monthly payment: $315.33+tax

Monthly payment looks okay, but I have seen few hackr’s dealt better on discount of more than 12%, dealer says cant go any lower than this.

Update: I have leased the vehicle.

Were the rebates included in the discount? Can’t come up with your payment.

residual $26131, so $13294 plus fees come to $369+fees. Taking out $4000 more means $258/month or $2000 unaccounted for.

Rebates were after the discount. Numbers come up fine in the lease calculator…
my deal was 0 due at signing, not 0 down payment
so it included acq fee, taxes but not registration(since it was to be done in different state) they removed that from the payment

I’m getting a lease payment of around $296 +tax using your numbers. How did you get the $315+tax payment? Can you elaborate which numbers you used in the calculator to get the same monthly payment as the dealer?

By the way did you get any quote on a NX as well? I’m trying to get a NX and if they can do 12% off that is great. I was hoping for around 13% if possible.

we were also looking for NX Fsport but in base model, that was not available in the color we wanted but dealers had a fully loaded one. then we went for RX.
12% discount is what I got on both RX base and NX fully loaded and were happy with that since we wanted the car soon.

That is a great deal on the RX350 and no way an X3 can match this deal.

Congrats! I think you have a great deal for the RX. Today I was at a lexus dealership and the numbers I could get was much higher. tomorrow I’ll give a call to that dealership, to see if they can replicate something similar for me (it is like two hour drive from my place but its worth it). BTW, do you know is there anyway to get PGW cert now or all are gone?

Thank you again BA-lease. I replicated the lease. Almost everything the same, just I didn’t use the PGA cert so I had 1k down (Yes I didn’t have the courage to do that! :smiley: )

(BTW, I really liked working with Simon. I sent him an Email, and he replicated the deal. no game or anything. recommended 100%)

Just ask chrispbacon and he will send you a cert and that does not take much courage :slight_smile:

It seems they rolled the drive offs such as tax on rebates and fees in the payment.If you pay for those upfront, then you would arguably get 260 a month, which is the DEAL of the CENTURY :slight_smile:

I know. But I’m a foreign student, so my courage limit is pretty low :wink: and I was really happy with the deal even without that 1k cert. But thank you anyway!
