Wife had to have a minivan. Leased 2017 Pacifica Touring L Plus for 475/mo 12k/yr $475 drive off, all fees and taxes rolled into payment (I am in Texas so its a significant amount given the MSRP). There might have been another $1000 on a table if i pushed but i wasnt ready to walk away at 475 so i shook hands. Minivans are notoriously hard to lease so getting under 1% rule seemed like a win. I am guessing this is through ally bank. I saw a similar offer in Miami, but for some reason the RV was 49% (same MF) and with a $41k MSRP it ended up being $448/month including taxes with 0 drive off.
As I mentioned, 475 includes taxes and fees which would run about $3200 (tax alone is $2500) so roughly $80/mo, so payment without TTL included would be around $395/mo.
This example is for a 2017 Odyssey, adaptive cruise control was a must have feature for us so we’d have to get 2018 and currently it is in very high demand. The best deal i was offered of EX-L was in high 500s which made no sense.
