2017 Outback $325/month

How does this look for Maine

2017 Outback Premium 2.5 with Eyesight
MSRP: $32,617
Selling Price: $28,889
Title/Admin Fee: $395
36 month/15k year monthly with tax: $325
Only first payment due at signing.

I have been all over the place regarding car choices. I definitely want something with AWD and adaptive cruise, and really want stop and go ability. The Rav4 didn’t have stop and go but leases well, but I really found myself hating the way the hybrid drove. The CRV is great, but leases poorly. The new Tiguan looks great, but leases poorly. The CX-5 seems like a decent choice, not sure the GT version will lease as well as this Outback. Thanks for any insight, but I am close to pulling the trigger on this one.

That deal looks pretty good to me, especially on 15k/yr. Are you using Ambassador certificate?

Is this based on September numbers? Discount could be slightly higher (it’s still a very good one) - I see 2017s advertised at ~12.5%, though there are almost no premiums left.

It’s a great deal on a great car that will allow you to leave Maine quickly…

I would guess it is based on October numbers but am not 100%.

Blockquote It’s a great deal on a great car that will allow you to leave Maine quickly…

It is only the 2.5, not the 3.6 so I can’t escape that quickly… To be fair, the only reason I want adaptive cruise is to deal with all the Massholes when I travel south for work!

FWIW, I have the limited, 2017, 36K sticker…

purchased last december.

zero drive off (sign and drive), 36/12K, 358/month including 9% ca tax.

while you get a few more miles, it seems a tad high for last years model…

Love this! Not sure about @vhooloo, though

Looks like a nice deal can be had on a $40K 3.6 Touring

Subaru Pacific in LA just sent me an offer for a 2018…$349, but only 999 drive off fees. Other fees are unclear on both ads.

I have a 2.5 limited…car is weak off the line, but fine once it gets going.

If I had to do it again, I might get the 3.6…

2018 3.6 Touring for $349/mo? It’s still more than the one I posted, if $999 is down.

Which both ads?

Manku, agreed on the lack of pep in the 2.5. If the fuel economy drop going to the 3.5 wasn’t so big, I’d prefer it strongly.

Nice, hope there’ll be similar deal at the end of November, looking for a 3.6 Touring by that time!

I’d jump on it now if it’s only one month and the 2017 is what I wanted.

I would if I wasn’t waiting on the completion on my current lease to be transferred .

You will lose more than your one remaining payment. There are few remaining 2017 3.6 Tourings.

I’m “Transferring” out of a 36 month lease that’s ended in summer 2019. Not at the end of my lease…

I see, you want to make sure it goes through.

Your ad says taxes, tags aquistions, 699…mine says some similar type garbage.

Which is why I only do zero drive off leases…only way to really compare deals! Or should I say the simplest.

Considering how people say Subaru’s don’t lease well, I find most of these deals are under the 1% rule…not too shabby.

2017 3.6 has $750 incentive and they list it at about $2.5K under invoice. Very unusual for Subaru.
