2017 Nissan Rogue SV Lease Help

Never leased a car before but my wife is interested in an SUV. She fell in love with the Rogue tonight after test driving a Tucson last week. Not sure if these numbers are any good. I might be missing something. (residual?) I’m located in Pennsylvania. He said the residual was better on the SV than the S. The payments would be the same.

$28,490

1st payment and tags = $500

35 months 12k miles $285/month final cost

35 months 15k miles
$294/month final cost

This was the lowest I could get. They started at $600 down $297 month for 35m/12k

MSRP of $28,490
Invoice: $27,350
Sale price before rebates should be $25,350.

My gut feeling is those numbers are a bit high. If you could give me the Sale price, rebates, MF and residual that would help us help you.

Thank you for the reply. I will try to get those tomorrow.

$28,490 msrp
$24,100 selling price with all discounts and rebate
.00003 rate
$15,384.60 residual

Do you know how the rebates work out, what is the selling price before rebate?

I reached out to them. Thank you!

He said he thinks the rebate was $1500. He will double check on Monday.

Heard back today

Price of car is 28490 - 2490 discount - 1900 rebate = selling price of 24,100
Total off of car is 4,390
now that’s a great deal!

That is not a good deal on that car, or at least it could be better.

You should be getting the following
MSRP $28,490
Invoice $27,350
Discount $2,000
Rebate $1,900
Selling price: $23,450

They are basically doing about $1.5k below invoice which should really be $2k.

so how did you make out??

Make sure you are aware of Propilot on the 2018 Rogue SL. It keeps the car centered in the lane. Along with adaptive cruise control, it makes for a very comfortable ride. Lease will be more expensive but should drop over the next 6 months.

What dealer in .CA are offering deals on Rogue

Nissan Van Nuys, they always do 2k below invoice
