A few things come into play which hasnât got me to jump on this. First, for the drive off, they have told me there isnât an acquisition cost for some reason. I am not sure why this is? The second thing is that they did not let me stack the fleet incentive ($2000) because the âprice was already lowâ. Let me know what you guys think
The fleet issue seems sketchy, almost like they want to claim it themselves as some sort of hold back. I would think the fleet incentive wouldnât cost the dealership anything, but not exactly sure how it works. Although the lack of acquisition fee offsets that a bit.
I presume that MF is after msds?
If you can get them to accept fleet incentive, then you are at 26% off keep, edging closer to the holy grail of 30% off which gets you in the 250 range.
I was told today by a dealer in Richmond that the residuals would be so bad on a 2016, that it wouldnât make sense to lease it. They were close to 20% off on a loaner without any negotiation.
The MF rate was after MSD of 10s but they wanted some high amount of 485 each. My original dealer wanted only 360. That is more money down I want to put.
I also wanted to mention, I got a much higher quote yesterday and tried to apply my fleet incentive. I was told that their âsummer sales eventâ cannot be combined with the fleet. I either take theirs or use mine, whatever is higher. Any one know if this is true?
the fleet is not combinable with other discounts. this is what im told by dealer. the dealership in july is getting 1k as a customer give back from mb. that discount is already reflected in sale price.
so even with fleet they can give a max of 1k additional discount.
Does anyone have a list of which incentives are stackable with MB? Iâm trying to play the long game and lease toward the end of the year, want to know if itâs worth trying to earn any additional incentives.
All Fleet incentives must be claimed at the time of purchase/lease. Fleet

When I spoke to a dealer earlier this week who wouldnât budge on the price any further at 48k. I specifically asked about using the Fleet Incentive and like I posted earlier he said you could not combine them with the (summer sales event). Not sure how much you are getting, I am hearing $1500 but he could be lying. I called up the actual Fleet Incentive operations the other day and tried to get info from the horseâs mouth. They told me that no, you cannot combine that dealer incentive (summer sales event) in conjunction with the Fleet Incentive. Maybe the dealer was referring to âConquest Programsâ or otherwise known as current incentives. According to this thread from some years back, a poster said you couldnât combine the USAA discount with current promotions.
As for the original thread, I think the original poster who got the deal got in a very situational and very lucky deal. I am thinking they just got it massive discounted somehow and the dealer just stacked it in.
I had a question regarding the lease calculator. I am putting the numbers in it and the monthly payment does not correspond to the figure I get from the dealer? I am referring to these numbers I posted earlier in the thread. The lease calculator on here was telling me my payment was around 340 /w tax. This is 83 less than what the dealer was giving me. Am I inputting this wrong or is my dealer screwing with me somewhere on the numbers?

Dealers have such convoluted ways of working and displaying offers, sometimes itâs hart to tell how or where they are plugging in the numbers. It looks like you have a great deal, even paying the extra $80 dollars. Sometimes asking them to break everything down is like pulling teeth. You have the payment where I want to be on a E350 wagon working on. The lowest I can get them is $550 for $69k MSRP and $15k off.
