2017 Mercedes C Class C300W4

I got the deal for 2017 Mercedes C Class C300W4 as mentioned below. Can experts please comment on this deal?

Term: 36
MSRP: $46,035
Selling Price: $37,500
Miles per year: 10000
Disposition fee: $595
Purchase option: $27,137.20
Down Payment: $2,109.11 (Cap Reduction) + $391.89 (1st Month Payment)
Residual: 60%
Tax: 7% = $1,306.07
Money factor: .00124
Payment: 391.89

Do we have to calculate residual on MSRP or Sales Price?

Is this a demo or new one? 18.5% off new is good, off demo is poor. Residual is calculated based on MSRP. Instead of a down payment, use that money for refunfable MSDs to lower the monthly. What state are you in and does it charge tax on monthly or on total sales price.

Don’t put a cent towards down payment / drive offs. MBFS can roll every single penny into it. At the end of the day you want a 35 month lease with even first payment rolled in.

Put that current down payment towards MSDs as the poster above stated.

Yes, there are 6000 miles on the odometer. What should be approx. % off on the demo car?

I am in IL so tax is charged on total sales price.

When I put above numbers in Lease Calculator, I am getting 300 monthly payment while the dealer is giving $391 monthly payment as per values above. Can someone please suggest why this difference is there?

Thanks.

25% off is a very good discount on a demo c300. Your actual residual needs to be reduced for the 6k miles - 0.20 per mile for each mile over 3000, so $600. This would reduce the residual by 1.3%

Thats not good for a demo. You want to hit between 22-26% especially this time of year on a c300 thats 46k. Its cake to get that here in So Cal, depends on your area too.

Very similar numbers in east coast… dealer is not willing to come down from 18% off msrp for a demo car

Can’t get that deal (22-26%) in the Midwest either.
