I got the following deal (was quoted $700+ initially). They said to me that my initial out of pocket will be $900 total and that they applied $1500 lease cash towards the up front costs.

I would like to get the lease to about $500 monthly - what would I need to do? Also what exactly is Total Working Cash as mentioned below. Thanks in advance for helping this newb.

That’s the only offer I have all the details. I have another offer at $568 monthly with $2500 MSD.

Do a search. There was a recent deal for 430 or something on GX460 in NJ

Yes your lease is for 15 k miles vs 10k miles, so it should decrease residual by 3%. But it still looks like your discount on MSRP is not good enough.

The working cash is how much you are giving them at signing … 2.4k. They back out the 1.5k from the rebate means they want 900 from you
