Does anyone have insight into what a good deal would be for a 2017 RX 350 AWD Base Model (approximately $50,600 MSRP) on a 12k 36 month lease with nothing down except first month. I went to a few dealerships and the best they could do is 475 per month with 475 due at inception. I currently have a Lexus so I would get a loyalty cash incentive right?

There are many threads with great info about the RX350 already. How many dealers have you negotiated with? Not every market is the same, so if all dealers in your area are giving similar numbers, you need to expand your search and be willing to travel to get a better deal. There is no loyalty incentive on the RX currently.
Thanks Jon! I did not see any threads for the Northeast and the cars listed on those threads are not AWD. I went to three dealers.
I am working on getting a Lexus too. Can you please tell me what is the Sale Price offered to you. On top you get $2500 Lease Cash and I believe $1000 Loyalty Cash. Sometimes if they are aggressive they say sale price is $7K off then it would include 2500 lease cash.

SoCal only has $2000 for lease cash.
SoCal dealers wouldn’t budge on my asking for a 14% off discount before the lease cash. FYI.

You show the above to Dealer.
When you go to Lexus home page. Towards your right hand side, it says offers. If you click there, it will ask the Zipcode. Once you enter it it shows the offers. Then click the offer details next to RX 350. It is showing $1800 Leash cash there.
Numbers quoted looks good. Because of December, they don’t have much inventory left and also the Color choices too.
in your experience is AWD necessary? i see that FWD is priced considerably cheaper and they are willing to discount further.
last question - what should the discount be off of MSRP. should i shoot for 12%?

Depending on where you are AWD is necessary. You are in NJ and I am in WI so AWD is a must to be safe where as SoCal and FL doesn’t need.
You can try your best as long as the Color options are available with Dealers.
You can put the numbers on the Lease Calculator and see whether they are close?

I’m in SoCal, where we don’t need AWD. What is a considerable amount to you? Usually, the AWD is $1k-$2k more expensive than its FWD counterpart, which I don’t consider too bad.

that’s a good deal! In NJ anything about 10% discount before incentives is great. Which dealer did you go to? Definitely do the MSDs
