2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude good deal?

@Af528

You’re very unlikely to get that deal

@Benedetto Really? I’d figure with dealers sitting on hundreds of 2017 JGC and starting to receive 2018s they would do some unicorn deals on them. How close you think I can get to my number?

Ask @CDJRElliott and visit this thread:

If they did many unicorn deals, then it wouldn’t really be a unicorn deal would it?

Leasing is not just about discounts from the selling dealer. A good lease deal usually needs OEM support in the form of MF, RV and/or rebates.

Its very possible. Just shop around. Get written quotes and go to the next dealer and they may beat that price

Currently, on the Jeep.com website, they are advertising a $30K Grand Cherokee for $239.00 with $2999.00 plus taxes and fees.

The Jeep AF528 is looking to lease has a base MSRP of 37995.00 before the $2300.00 in options you want.

To get to $300/month with only a $1000 down, base on just the above, a dealer would have to discount a GC by about $14K or so…

So it is possible. He’ll just probably have to look for that “special” unit in TX or FL. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

LOL. bad joke. [20 characters]

Too soon…? Sorry.

37k unit is probably a GC Laredo w/ wheels and sound group, yeah?

That’s a base Limited.

4x2 ? …(20)

Yup, [20 characters]

That’s like .5 of a Jeep !

So true…from my chair it looks like the sweet spot for leasing in terms of dealer discounts, rebates, and MF/RV on the JGC was in the March/April/May timeframe before the RV dropped. I wrote it off as a candidate to replace my car last month but now my wife, whose car is financed and will be free and clear next June, thinks we will need an SUV sooner versus later and said we should look at the Jeeps again. Our original plan was to keep her Altima and maybe late next year or early 2019 look at an SUV for her. This one, and a Durango, apparently caught her eye when she drove by the dealer yesterday. According to Cargurus it’s been there around 4 months so they might be motivated to move it.

I have pricing out GCs (2017 Trailhawks and Overland) with MSRPs just under 50k and with $0 out of pocket (true sign and drive) I am seeing payments around 425 (Trailhawk) and 450 (Overland). I do not have a full break down of numbers as the talks have not gone that far yet. These are first email numbers with zero negotiation.

Where is this. Those sounds lile some good numbers.

I’ll take an overland for $450 no money down all day! What dealership…message me.

So far the best price I got for a 2017 GC Altitude is $295/month for 36 months and 10k miles/year with nothing due. Anyone ever get a better deal than this?
