It seems that there are different deals for this 2017 Jaguar XE 25t. Here is mine from my dealer in Mission Viejo too.
Just contact more information for the dealer offer!

Here we go again. You need to stop plugging DSR, especially when they have terrible deals anyways.
Leased an XE 20d base model loaner in Cincinnati last week. $265 per month with $2000 down which covered tax, title, license, and a little extra down. I know everyone says that down payments are a no-no, but I wanted my payments there for good reason. Iāll share the details in the next couple days, as I donāt have them with me at the moment. Absolutely love driving the car though. I live an hour away from Cincinnati and got 50 miles per gallon on my way home!
That sounds like a nice deal. Can you share some more specifics? MSRP, selling price, MF, etc?
also in Central/So. Florida and would love to check out this dealer. Mine was giving me $530 a mo. āsign and driveā on this same car. ugh
Anybody able to score a deal like that? Maybe even in CA?
Beneficiary of this forum replicated the deal quite similar to OP, wanted to give another data point. Also in NJ (Jaguar Paramus). MSRP - 41.8k XE 25t premium with cold weather, alloys, navigation and backup camera.
33 Month lease. Drive off was 1st month payment @ $361. Thought it was a pretty good deal for a $42k msrp car.
Picked up on Thursday and pretty happy with the car!!
Keep getting emails from Manhattan Jaguar as they are willing to replicate similar deal until Labor Day, if anyone is interested.
Whatās the mileage, selling price and MF? I think this deal has more meat on the bone that can be ground
Selling price $35.5k (15% off msrp). Mileage 34. Will have to look at the lease paperwork for the money factor. The leases hacker score was 10.4 overall last I checked.
The initial deal was 259/month with zero down ($2,500 drive off for taxes, acquisition fee, tags etc.) for 7500 miles. I asked them to price it for 10,000 miles and the monthly payment went up to $283 and $2,650 drive off. Rolled everything into the payments (listening to the lease hackers) to get to $360 monthly and $360 drive off.
I was looking on the autobytel site this morning and saw that factory discounts have increased. Does anyone know what āDealer cash (ATS Retailer Cash)ā is? Itās $5,000 so better deals may be possible.

How do the incentives look for someone who is not applicable for pull ahead or loyalty?
