I am looking to transfer my 2017 Infiniti Q60 lease in New York. There is about 25 months left on the lease and the car barely has 5k miles on it! Lease allows 10k/year and the payments right now are 440$/month but I am willing to include an incentive to someone who takes on the lease! Also I do not expect any money upfront. There is no damage to the car at all and I will be uploading pictures in the near future!

Search. There are tons of threads on this. We cannot tell you what to do, but none of us who understand the risk would do a transfer.

You can sell the car and hopefully with your low mileage your negative equity isn’t too bad or yes you can transfer and just take a bit of a risk. I’ve spoken with other posters here who transferred Infiniti leases and not had issues and on the other hand a member also shared a story where his lease transferee passed away and he got stuck with the car again. You can screen applicants maybe with a refundable fee but ultimately it’s up to IFS.
May want to post more details about the car, like engine, options, msrp etc.
does New York State asses taxes when you transfer an Infiniti lease?
since the original lessee stays on the hook i can see how no additional taxes are assessed.

Does the lease end June 2021 or 25 months from December 2018?

Very sorry for confusion, lease is definitely over June of 2021, 10K a year as well, way under miles, it is a 3.0 luxe

I am willing to drop the monthly price from 440 to 390 for the remaining 24 months and pay the lease transfer cost
