2017 Infiniti Q60 2.0T, first time negotiating

Hi there,

I’ve spent countless hours on this forum learning all the different things that constitute a lease (MSD, MF, Residual etc).

I finally feel ready enough to take the plunge and start negotating with a dealer for a car that I have my eye on.

It’s a 2017 Infiniti Q60 2.0T base with an MSRP of $40855, what price should I aim for before starting the actual lease negotiations? I was thinking of getting them down to $35k before the $1000 incentive on the car currently. Is that a reasonable price?

I’ve already got the MF and Residual for a 15k/36 month lease .0003 and 50% residual.

I’ll update this post once I actually contact the dealer. Thank you in advance

Yes , sounds reasonable. If they dont budge, just go to another dealer. Try to look for a volume sales dealer, these dealers are more inclined to make as many sales as possible to move cars. Usually they will be more willing to negotiate and reach your numbers.
