10000 miles/yr 39 mo standard lease on < 50 miles car.

MSRP = 54965
Sales Price = 47000 (14% off MSRP)
Incentives = 1500 (VPP) + 1000(Spring event)
ACC = 44500 (19% off MSRP)
Residual = 57% (31330)
MSDs = 2 x $400 (brings down MF = 0.00003 to MF = 0.00001. I am pretty sure each MSD brings down MF by 0.0001 and not 0.00001. Need feedback on this.)

Monthly payment including tax,documentation,temp title = 387
Drive off = 800(MSD) + 387(first month payment)

Questions:

  1. How do I check that gap insurance is included in the lease?
  2. How do I verify the disposition fee? Is it manufacturer set or dealer set/manufacturer recommended?
  3. I will probably get attacked for this, but 10k miles/year 39 months is still 30k miles in 39 months , correct?

EDIT: 2 MSDs required minimum for qualifying for the MF reduction.

  3. No its 10k miles per year, you have it for three years three months. So you have 32500 miles.

You don’t need two MSDs, only one. VERY GOOD PAYMENT TAKE THE CAR!!!

Just checked:
The amount of one security deposit is:

  • Calculated on the base payment.

  • Equal to one monthly payment rounded to the next higher $50.00 increment.

  • A minimum of two refundable security deposits are required to qualify for the money factor reduction.

  • A money factor reduction of .00010 will be given for each security deposit, up to a maximum number of 9 refundable security deposits. This means with 9 Security Deposits your money factor would drop by 0.00090.

  • The Security deposits are refundable to you at lease termination.

  • The contract money factor must be equal to or greater than .00001.

But you need a minimum of two to get any MF reduction at all.

So the lowest MF reduction you can get is 0.0002 subject to a minimum MF of 0.00001.

Because I messed up the Math for that one part of the entire process. Removed $800 MSDs and took the jump for 388 with first month drive-off.
