Thanks to everyone for all the helpful tips in the forum. I had previously a Q50 hybrid with less MSRP for $500/m. Now I have a more expensive car for $434/m.

Same car with 10k was $420.

forgive me for being new to the site, but what is the best way to get more information on this dealer or how to follow your lead on securing the same lease?

It was with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. It seems like they have special promotions on the 2017 Q50 except the Redsport. Redsport was $549 for $60,000 MSRP and 10k.
The montly was actually $434 for 12k. I purchased the 30k miles maintenance packet for $960. That increased the price to $446. I will correct the head line.
