Yeah, that is what I assumed. Dealer said they cant get close to that right now.
Thatās odd because other dealers are selling at 10-percent off before rebates. They must be losing $3500 on every sale! Not!

I donāt have the deal on me now And I donāt want to recommend anyone to them until they pay for the detail they promised me since they didnāt deliver the car in detailed. But i assure you it can be done for $384 my payment is $404 but that is including protecting for the term of the lease

What was the money factor and who is financing the lease?
This seems doable with the 69% if the mf is in the right place
The deals are out there. I started looking around based on this thread for Canyon Denali with the baby Duramax as they are the most expensive canyons. I found a dealer in Idaho willing to go from 48k+ to 42k+ and with conquest 41k. You start plugging those numbers in and you are in the 350/month range. I ended up finding a Colorado Diesel more local to me and Iām under 1% MSRP even with them fudging the MF on me which I will tackle tomorrow. 
I donāt have the mf on me but it was tier 1 with gm financial

This was offered to me on the last day of the month for August. 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate Package Blk/Blk. Still trying to get the selling price lower.
The two dealerships I have been in contact with are Suburban GMC in Costa Mesa and Allen GMC in Laguna Niguel.
4x4 5.3L
It has a few of the options - sunroof, power step, trailer upgrade.

Not for the original deal. I just signed signed for a 4x4 Uktimate (sticker 63800) for 619 a month, on 15k miles.
It was a sign and drive, nothing down, they paid all the fees and first payment.
